Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction:
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies exclusively to services and products offered by Little Tauke. The following entities are excluded from this policy:

  • Joyous Childcare
  • Joyous Allied Care
  • Joyous Skill School
  • Joyous Preschool
  • Joyous Academy

Scope:
This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and refunds related to Little Tauke’s services. It does not apply to the excluded entities listed above.

Cancellation Procedure:
Cancellations by Participants

  1. Notice Period: Participants must notify us at least 7 days after the program is made to receive a full refund.
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program start date.

Cancellations by Little Tauke : 

If we cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future session.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
